Course Description:

This Virtual Instructor Led course (vILT) is designed for individuals responsible for the implementation, configuration and support of the Avaya Aura® Contact Center and those attempting to earn the ACSS – Avaya Aura® Contact Center Support credential.

Course Outlines:

•    Describe Avaya Aura® Contact Center SIP architecture, licensing, performance optimization, and system security.
•    Use Operating System troubleshooting tools including ping, nslookup, telnet, netstat, and the Windows Service manager to troubleshoot Avaya Aura® Contact Center.
•    Troubleshoot Avaya Aura® Contact Center installation and upgrade issues.
•    Troubleshoot Avaya Aura® Contact Center system components including Contact Center Manger Server, Contact Center Manager Administration, Communication Control Toolkit, Contact Center Multimedia, Avaya Aura® Agent Desktop, and Avaya Media Server.
•    Troubleshoot Avaya Aura® Contact Center High Availability installations.
•    Use advanced troubleshooting tools including Avaya Grep, Wireshark, Avaya SIP Sleuth, SGM Management Client, SQuirreL SQL Client, and Phantom Scan Utility to troubleshoot Avaya Aura& Contact Center.
