Facilitator
A team of experienced and expert instructors, professionally developed to instruct, coach and teach.
Content
Our modules consist of practical approaches, tools, methods, relevant industry standards, extensive industry research, and incorporation of personal experiences from the field.
Participant Materials
Participants will receive course materials consisting of a comprehensive workshop manual plus case studies and assignments (as appropriate). All assignments are supported by the facilitator at all times and when completed, provide a further practical reference after the course.
Delivery
We utilize a wide range of education delivery approaches to maximize the learning opportunity.
Key learning approaches during course delivery include:
- Instruction and discussion of course content following a logical and practical flow to encourage ease of association.
- Facilitator-led examples of professional experiences to reinforce course content.
- Facilitator-led discussions of participant experiences.
- Facilitator-led discussions into principles, discussing what they are and allowing participants to identify the impact they have on the process.

Learning and Development Solutions
Skills Management
Trends Academy provides Skills Gap Analysis (SGA) services to ensure that education is targeted at the role-level within an organization. This increases the effectiveness of recommended staff trainings with minimum amount of operational disruption.
Curriculum Design
The learning needs and styles of an individual vary and it is not always effective for a learner to attend a standard ILT course. Our Learning Consultants are able to factor these demands into a learning program. By conducting a TNA and Skills Gap Analysis, we are not only able to assess the level of knowledge that the learner already has, but measure that level of knowledge against the skills required to do their job as well. Our Instructional Designers then develop content addressing all the skills gaps, using either newly created content or generic content, or even a combination of the two.

Training Delivery
Using our considerable expertise and resources, we are able to customize and deliver training solutions that are tailor-made with our customer’s business needs. Delivery is also customized by selecting whether the clients prefer Traditional Instructor-Led Trainings (ILT), Virtual-ILT, Self-Paced E-Learning and Mentored Lab Access.
Competency Assessment
The assessments enable the customers to identify an existing or future skills gap to ensure that their capabilities are aligned with business needs. Our Online Assessment Tool (OAT) evaluates the skills to measure existing knowledge and the effectiveness of the training intervention.
Testing Delivery
Trends Academy is an accredited Pearson VUE and PSI test center. This partnership and associate experiences give us the knowledge, credence, and infrastructure to enable us to help companies assess and test their staff during the deployment of any training program.
